For the position Customer Service France the daily tasks are:

• Receives customer orders, service requests and customer complaints by phone, fax, mail or e-mail;
• Performs clerical processing of orders and requests which includes record search, investigation of problems and complaints;
• Provides French speaking customer with accurate information regarding our products and sales promotions, customer orders and our service guidelines (product returns / complaints);
• Gets familiar and adheres to the policies and procedures regarding order processing and complaint handling;
• Complies with ISO procedures;
• Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed.

For the position of Customer Service France we are looking for:

• Native French and fluent English;
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a comparable environment;
• Have/ develop proficiency in both customer service and sales administration skills;
• Strong communication skills (clear, intelligible verbal communication, probe for information);
• Ability to operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency;
• Have ability to prioritize;
• Give attention to detail;
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word;
• Ability to work independently;
• Flexible and outgoing team player personality with conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to adapt and implement new procedures as required to provide excellent customer service.

Onze opdrachtgever biedt voor de functie van Customer Service France goede arbeidsvoorwaarden. Je komt te werken in een internationale omgeving, dynamisch met een collegiale sfeer. Er wordt een salaris geboden van circa € 2300,- bruto per maand voor een 37,5 urige werkweek.
Daarnaast bieden ze goede secundaire voorwaarden waaronder een vaste 13e maand.

Onze opdrachtgever, gevestigd in Amersfoort, is onderdeel van een internationaal opererende groep. Zij zijn wereldwijd marktleider in het produceren en vermarkten van producten voor de orthodontist. Vanuit het Europees hoofdkantoor te Amersfoort worden de producten verkocht en gedistribueerd aan landen in Europa, het Midden Oosten en Afrika.
